We Ship To Anywhere In Canada

Music is enjoyed by people all around the world and that's why we ship our products Canada-wide to spread the love for music in all provinces and territories. Upon adding your item to the cart, at the checkout page, the shipping cost which is based on your address will be calculated and displayed.

Please note that we do not accept PO Box addresses.

Shipping Policy

We can currently ship to most addresses within Canada via Canada Post (excluding non-metropolitan areas as designated by Canada Post).

OVERSIZED AND OVERWEIGHT ITEMS
Please note that oversized or overweight items such as Cello, Bass, Tonbak, Ghanun, and Santur have different shipping rates than regular parcels.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Shipping cost will be calculated upon checkout by factoring in the item’s size, item’s weight, and receiver’s address.
- Orders in stock are generally shipped the next working day.
- Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Mondays.
- Package tracking information will be sent to your email once the order has been shipped.
- Delivery time can take from 2-10 business days in most areas.
- Please note that we ship all items uninsured, and the risk of shipping loss or damage is the sole responsibility of the customer.
- If you receive the wrong or damaged item, please contact us at support@rhythmmusicshop.com right away.
- We reserve the right to revise shipping charges.

Please note that we do not refund unclaimed or undeliverable packages due to wrong or incomplete addresses.

ORDER ONLINE / PICK-UP IN-STORE
We offer free in-store pick-up for online orders. Once your order is ready for pick up you will receive a notification email. Please have the email with you when you arrive.
